![]() I also have gone through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the software and drivers two different times as well as checked two different VCRs neither can stream to my computer. The capture software which comes with it, Honestech VHS To DVD 3.0 SE, is abysmal at best what I recommend you do is purchase the iGrabber but only install the drivers and not the capture software. Ok, so I can return it or maybe someone in this forum has a work around? I did unplug and uninstall all USB ports and then reinstall. The customer support guy had me right away look within the Advanced Mode page under Video settings and both the S-video and composite buttons were grayed out and not changeable.this told him about the two possibilities. I can't get it to observe the Preview of the signal streaming my my VHS players (using the analog plugs).I called Honestech and they said "1 out of 10,000" times the issue is either a device conflict within the computer or something "bad" about the box.well, I checked device manager and I have no apparent conflict and the manager says device is working properly, etc. ![]() ![]() I have loaded up and updated drivers for this software adn VidBox and installed program. I have a Gateway AMD Phenom II X4 820, quad core processor, NVIDIA Ge Force 9200 graphics, 4GB DDR3 memory. ![]()
